Joomla 1.5.13

The newest Joomla release fixes 26 bugs, 1 high-level security bug and 1 medium-level security bug.

The most serious one concerns installation and deleting files through TinyMCE 3.0 without rights. Second security issue relates to not checking JEXEC within some files.
